Lot description

Body with four drawers. The upper drawer with sinuous front and marquetry and lemongrass filleting with jacaranda base. The two central drawers with centred brass keyholes and mahogany palm veneer fronts. The lower drawer, with front decorated with marquetry and lemongrass filletting with jacaranda base. Side uprights in carved walnut in the shape of an acanthus leaf. Frame and drawer interiors in pine.
Drawer interiors lined in fabric.
Cracks in the side panels. With restorations and finishes from a later period, as well as wear and tear due to use. One of the keyholes is loose and is supplied separately. It has apparently inactive xylophagous holes in the back.
Keys included.
